A beating heart

A beating heart drives the center of the earth
Involuntary and unstoppable
So she breaths at peace
Secure
rocking the waves of the sea
and washing the sand of the shore
circling the wind
that kisses the clouds
beating the darkness
to caress the sun
Alive with green and pulsing joy
Although hungry overcoming.
The constant drumming of its soul
lifts her every ounce of layered skin
And our hearts with her rejoice
